In the background of omnipresent accusation of manipulating, after exhaustive campaign, millions of Ukrainians ale choosing their new president. In the first round, Wiktor Janukowycz, a Region Party leader, is a favorite. According to opinion polls 30% of Ukrainians declare to vote on him. Prime minister, Julia Tymoszenko, comes second (20%). One, who can give a surprise is Serhij Tyhipko, a billionaire and a former leader of Janukowycz's electoral-staff. He comes second in some polls.
Current president, Wiktor Juszczenko, seems to have no chances at all - with 5% backup - but still believes in success.
By 10 a.m. (polish time) attendance has come to 15%
