Functioning democracy needed in Poland

I observe that we lack working democracy in Poland. Due to the financing mechanisms of Polish politics it is not possible for new parties to enter the closed world of parlimentary politics. There is a financial hurdle for them, connected with state-budget subsidies tho 4 largest parties only.
There was lots of discussion around this issue in non-mainstreeam media. Sadly, the issue did not made to mainstream media. Out-of-parliament parties do not have much power in the mainstream media that grows also by government-backed attribution of scarce TV- and radio frequencies.
Being an economist graduated from Western universities I try to develop liberal approach to market economy in Polish politics. I believe Polish politics would have been more normal provided we had working democracy.
